SET field leadership · WorkshopChecking the Work.
Copilot drafted three research briefs, each with ten cited claims. Your team chases every claim back to its source and stamps it before it goes upstairs.
How to check a claim
01
Find it
Does the source exist where the draft says it does?
02
Open it
Go to the source itself or its abstract, not a page repeating it.
03
Match it
Is the claim really in there, and about the same thing?
Paste the link you opened and one line on what it says. Then stamp it.
The stamps
- USEThe source exists and says this
- SOFTENReal source, but stretched, narrower or dated
- CUTDoesn't exist, doesn't say this, or can't be traced
- CAN'T TELLCouldn't settle it in the time
Scoring
- Pack 1
- +1 for each right stamp.
- Pack 2
- Add confidence. Confirmed: ±2. Probably: ±1. A "Can't tell" stamp never loses points.
- Pack 3
- Pick six to check. Of the other four, cutting one scores 0 and waving one through scores −2.
- Bonus
- +1 when your link is the original source.
Each pack runs 20 minutes with a 10-minute break between. When the clock hits zero, answers lock and the next pack opens on its own.
